Shipping and delivery.

How much does delivery cost?

We try to keep delivery costs to a minimum. Prices vary depending on weight. Delivery charges are:

  • Within UK & NI (excl highlands and islands) = FREE / 1-3 days.

  • Europe (mainland) = from £3.25 to £12.95 / 2-5 days.

  • World zone 1 (incl USA) = from £6.95 to £29.95 / 5+ days.

  • World zone 2 = from £6.95 to £50.95 / 5+ days.

COVID

The ongoing Covid pandemic is still causing major disruptions to shipping and deliveries. We ask you to be very patient if your items take longer than expected.

Shipping to mainland Europe

If you live in mainland Europe, buying items from the UK used to be free of VAT charges, but that is no longer the case because of Brexit. So now all purchases from outside the UK will also have to pay a VAT charge.

For the time being we are offsetting these charges for you by offering free shipping.

Customs/VAT charges

All purchases from outside the UK will also have to pay VAT at your countries standard rate. Checking your local government website is usually the best place to find out more information on these charges.

When will I get my items?

Within the UK items will be dispatched next day and delivered within 3 days.

Within mainland Europe items will be dispatched next day and delivered within 5 days.

To USA and most other countries items will be dispatched next day and delivered within 10 days.

These times may vary slightly of course. We will keep you updated via email as to any known issues. Once the parcel is with the shipping agent it is outside of our control.

If I order several items will they be delivered at the same time?

If all the items you order are in stock then they will be sent out in one delivery. If there's a wait of more than a few days for one item, the others will be sent first and the final item will follow separately.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes you can, so long as it hasn't already been sent out to you of course. If you need to change your delivery address just send an email to getagrip@wringitout.Com and we'll update your details. If your items have already been despatched, you may be charged for arranging redelivery.

My items are overdue and still haven't arrived – what should I do?

Firstly, we're sorry your order hasn't arrived yet. If it has been longer than the expected delivery time and you haven't heard from us (we'll keep you informed if we believe there will be any delays), please send an email to getagrip@wringitout.com and we'll tell you the latest information.
